Helen Keller said, “Defeat is simply a signal to press onward.”
I wonder how many times the words, “hang on,” “you can do it” or don’t give up” are uttered lovingly everyday. Sometimes, I say these words to ME… lovingly.

Yes. I won’t quit. I actually have that poem on my wall, given to me by a friend way back, ages ago.
And that really helps a lot.
